We deliver all your orders to you through the Australia Post Express Service which also allows you to track your order.
We aim to have your order to you within 2-5 working days-this can be quicker if you live in a capital city and it may take a little longer if you live in a remote area.
Damage or loss in transit is rare but if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please contact us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.
We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is very convenient but does not give you the opportunity to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return items purchased online for a full refund or exchange if you prefer including sale items (Please Note: the refund is for the purchase price of the items purchased and does not include postage charges).
